- Copy of government issued photo ID (Driver License, State ID)
- The financial supporting document (The most recent month Paystub, Government letter for SSI, Section 8 voucher, etc.)
- Money order $70 payable to ‘Oaksville Properties’ (non refundable application fee)
Background will check Criminal, Eviction, and Credit history.
No Eviction, No Criminal, Good Payment history will be approved within 1-2 business days. Within 2 business day, the applicant should put the deposit, which is required with one full month rent. The unit will be hold up to 2 weeks(14 calendar days) for the applicant. The applicant pays the first month rent to move in. The deposit will not be refund if the applicant can’t pay the first month rent to move in within 2 weeks (14 calendar days).
